Platinum Blonde: Who Wore It Best?

Two big name celebs recently dyed their hair platinum blonde this week. Kim Kardashian West and Jared Leto (a.k.a Jesus) were spotted sporting new looks; Jared looking barely recognizable with shorter hair. Being the trend setter she is, Kim is making a big statement with this new color, but I'm not sure if she is trying to channel her inner Lucius Malfoy.
