Zayn Malik Leaves One Direction Officially


   After five years, Zayn Malik has decided to quit One Direction. In a statement sent in to MailOnline, the 22 year old stated, "'My life with One Direction has been more than I could ever have imagined. but after five years I feel like it is now the right time for me to leave the band, I'd like to apologize to the fans if I've let anyone down, but I have to do what feels right."

Despite his leaving, the band will continue with Niall, Harry, Louis, and Liam. The band respects his decision, but they are sad to see him go.
