Chris Rock: Hosting the 2016 Academy Awards






Chris Rock officially announced on his Twitter today that he will be hosting the 2016 Academy Awards. This will be the comedian's second time hosting. If you remember, the last time he hosted was in 2005 and made history by being the first black host.

Rock, 50, is such a multi talented individual. He's an actor, comedian, producer, director, etc. He's accomplished so much through out his life and to be able to host for a second time is such an achievement.

The show will be held on February 28th, 2016 at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, California. Be sure to save the date!
